Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
Updated 23 September 2026
Your agreement
By accepting these terms, you agree to use Karming lawfully and follow these community rules. You must be at least 16. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information about activities and rewards you offer.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Do not publish or send pornography, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, threats, bullying, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, scams, encouragement of violence or illegal content. Do not impersonate others, share another person’s private information without permission, or infringe their rights. These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, messages, events and listings.
Filtering and moderation
Karming filters prohibited text and may hold uploaded media for review before publication. We remove objectionable content and suspend offending users. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal from the service.
Report or block
Use Report on content or a profile to send a concern to our moderation team. Blocking removes that member’s posts from your feed immediately, prevents direct messaging and sends a safety report to our team. Reports are handled within 24 hours; confirmed objectionable content is removed and the offending account is suspended or removed. Blocking is not itself proof of misconduct.
For urgent concerns or help, contact info@brandpluss.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Karma, activities and rewards
Karma is a platform credit, not cash. Activity organisers and reward providers must accurately explain eligibility, availability and fulfilment. Do not manipulate attendance, misuse rewards or mislead other members. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Privacy and account choices
Read our Privacy Policy to understand data use. You can manage your profile and request account deletion in Settings. Contact support to ask about or appeal a moderation decision.
