Include your Karming username, the device you use and a short description of the problem. For a transaction or reward, include its reference if available.

Never send your password, sign-in code, full payment-card details or another person’s private information.

Privacy and deletion

Read our Privacy Policy or request account deletion. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

Community safety

Use the report and block options in Karming to flag harmful content or unwanted contact. You can also email us with the relevant username or content details. Karming is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
